Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the AREA COORDINATOR
Working with Exports
a. Check if the volume of next months is enough to fulfill all the trucks
b. Make the shipping schedule based in the manufacture plan and the commercial review
c. Elaborate and send the shipping schedule for all clients
d. Request the freight forwarders to the clients in Chile and Argentina
e. Request the pick up to the freight forwarders.
f. Manufacturing follow up
g. Request the export loadings
h. Invoice the exports
i. Release the trucks
j. Request Certificates of Analysis
k. Follow up documents receipt
i. Certificate of Origin
ii. Bill of Lading
iii. Export Register
iv. Export Declaration
l. Request arrival date
m. Archive the process
n. Quarterly Reports
i. REINTEGRA = Deliver the Export Registers and Declaration of the last quarter to the fiscal department
o. Monthly Reports
i. Sped Fiscal = Report the last month exports information to the fiscal department
1. Request data to broker
ii. Elaborate a presentation with the last month exports and imports information to the CSL Director
1. Request: delivery dates and costs to broker and Freight forwarders
p. Weekly revise the manufacturing plan in order to check possible changes in the shipping schedule.
q. Be aware of the product retentions in order to ship only qualified products
r. Elaborate Origin Declaration of product manufactured by Kellogg Brazil
s. Request Origin Declaration to Coman and Parati products
2) Imports
a. Archive the import files
b. Revise the import costs
3) Follow up the costs invoicing with the broker and loading company.
4) Generate purchase orders of the customs release and loading service on Kbuy
