We are looking for a professional: Project Management Specialist, who will be in charge of managing average size projects with more software, more services, and more sustainability (Category B project) or work packages of bigger size projects (Category A project) and reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functionally the project team to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance;

• Manage the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract;

• Set an execution strategy at the start of the project and implement it throughout the project lifecycle;

• Protect Schneider Electric interests within the frame of the contract until the end of contractual obligations;

• Monitor, control & report project execution status, progress & KPIs. Ensure full & effective reporting to management;

• Develop customer intimacy, drive all communication with the customer, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Qualifications:

• University Degree (Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc)

• Advanced English;

• Solid experience in managing a Cat-B/C project or sub-project;

• Good communication skills;

• Strong knowledge of PMO tools (MS Project for schedule, ACONEX for document control) and CPP process;

• Good knowledge of ERP for financial controlling;

• Experience in managing equipment or transactional orders is a plus;

• Experience in PMO position is a plus.
