Key Responsibilities:

Manage optimization and automation of financial processes.

Oversee financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as well accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Monitors accounting audits (Internal and external) and aids in clarifying doubts.

Ensure compliance with all appropriate accounting, government and company regulations and policies.

​Ensure appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands by managing the company's reporting, cash flow projections, and balance sheet items.

Advise operational leaders regarding the impact of any decisions on overall financials.

Ensure all tax obligations are calculated correctly and reported on time.

Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Manage an accurate and timely month-end process.

Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies. Lead and develop then Finance team, providing professional development and guidance to the team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (desirable active CRC), Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related areas.

Previous experience as a Controller or in Financial Management or related areas.

Mastery of the budgeting process, financial analysis, and cost calculation.

Experience in SAP implementation and process optimization.

Leadership and people development skills.

Fluent in English.

Microsoft Office (advanced).

Desirable knowledge in SAP Modules FI e CO.

Desirable Postgraduation or MBA in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.

Location: São Paulo (Interlagos), Brazil, with 2 days working from home. Since we are a global business, travel will be a small part of the role, as well efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
