To support our team in  ITUPEVA-SP we are looking for a Graduate (Trainee). Our international job entry program will include various rotational assignments at global sites of the Business Unit and offers support by an experienced mentor. After the program, you will assume a compatible position available. You can expect interesting and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.

[Your tasks]

- Develop activities linked to the productive areas of the glass industry for the Pharmaceutical market;
- Analyze markets, technical trends and customer behavior as a basis for our Business Development activities;
- Support measures to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Reach excellence, apply your learnings in day-to-day challenges and make a difference to our company;
- Realize your own ideas from the start;
- Responsibility for material process/warehouse controlling system/operations at productions.

[Your profile]

- University degree in Engineering or related technical fields;
- Graduation between December/2021 to December/2023;
- Advanced command of English;
- Willingness to work in Itupeva-SP;
- Hybrid workplace, but more often in the factory;
- Geographical flexibility, global thinking and ability to work effectively across cultures;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI;
