Descrição:
- Realizar alocação de profissionais em clientes e projetos;
- Participar de discussões de pipeline. Calcular a projeção de força de trabalho necessária para atender a demanda prevista, alinhando com as áreas responsáveis;
- Reportar indicadores e analisar os dados e trazer insights sobre alocação das pessoas, relacionados aos resultados financeiros da área;
Atuará no modelo home office, com idas esporádicas ao escritório.
