JOB DESCRIPTION
• Keep the training compliance as per the KPI target
• Flag certificate control and endorsements
• Eventual embarks on the Units by a training representative
• Support the Operations on internal and external audits
• Preparation of annual budget
• Analysis of invoices regarding training and approval
• Support in order to get the approval for changes in the units´ training matrix
• Keep the update of training management system: OSCAR
• Training bookings for core crew
• Induction of new employees
• Training gap analysis to support MOC
• Planning of training suppliers to go on board (when Instructors go on board)
• Preparation of POs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced English level
• Previously experience in the position
