Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management;
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms;
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes;
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles;
- Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment to acquire suitable talents for the organization;
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiter for different roles and areas;
Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility;
Quick learner with a positive working attitude;
Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous;
Able to multitask and work within timeline.
Idiomas:
Inglês - Nível Avançado
Outros requisitos:
Spanish is a plus.
