• Attain daily activity metrics: new opportunities identified, outbound calls made, decision makers contacted, leads qualified
• Qualify leads in/out quickly and accurately
• Stay up-to-date with the latest offering/product/service information.
• Clearly articulate the compelling value propositions
• Capture, track, and advance qualified leads in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate information to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates
• Contribute to the team's knowledge base, including identifying areas for process improvements
EXECUTION AND PRODUCTIVY
• Dynamic book of business (~150 accounts/rep/week)
• 30 -50 activities daily across BoB
• Regions & Language Coverage:
• Proven experience in Cold Calling / Prospecting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in customer-facing, interfacing with executives and driving customer transformation programs.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.
• As this team is often the first touch to the customer, bar-raising professionalism and problem-solving skills are a must
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships
• Experience managing competing priorities
• Proficiency with G suite - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience driving digital transformation using cloud-based solutions, managing initiatives across engineering, sales, support, professional services and distributed teams. (Good balance of hunter/farmer profile)
• Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery. (Good organization and communication skills).
