What will be your main responsabilities?
Lead the team responsible for bridging the Operations Finance and Finance team;
Build up a consistent and efficient team;
Being the first layer of reviewers of marketplace payments activities;
Provide the daily reports and insights for proper accounting entries;
Identify and follow up on issues or anomaly in reports;
Provide feedback to and work with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What do we expect from you?
Highly experienced in audit or finance-related reconciliation activities
Strong track record experience in team management
Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
Being skeptical over the information collected
Idiomas:
Inglês - Nível Avançado
Outros requisitos:
Experience in SQL and/or Power BI is a plus
