We went you to be part of our KLA Internship Program as a Compensations & Benefits Intern in our Human Resources area.

Main Activities: 

• Benefits development plans
• Benefits management: uniforms, lunch service, transportation, life insurance, etc.
• Salary survey analysis
• High and direct relationship with company main areas.
• Close relationship with human resources peers: managers, analyst and other students.

Skills that you need:

• Logical and analytic skills
• Dynamic
• Proactive

Education & Experience

•Student of Business Administration or Economics (5th semester and up)

•Language: English or Spanish

•Required advanced Excel and Power Point knowledge

•Previous experience in compensations/benefits
