Summary of Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the effective and consistent manager and implementation of Payroll business processes, functions and procedures and monitors Payroll HR projects and workflow. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment on establishing departmental operation goals, standards, policies and procedures.
Provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and efficient Payroll function which delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services. Manage the implementation, development and maintenance of the global Payroll services for LATAM. A key priority will be to ensure the deployment of new system across LatAm and a consistency in delivery as far as possible whilst acknowledging differences for a Brand where appropriate.
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience in a Human Resources generalist capacity
In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and labour relations reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
A high level of numeracy skills and good general knowledge of accounting and accrual procedures.
Strong organisation skills
Build a strong network of collaborative relationships and partnerships across the Country, Brand & Kantar
Project management skills
Payroll and Benefits Administration
