Responsabilities:

-To setup, monitor and maintain the Data Center contents for the organization;

-To review the Data Center requirements of the company in the region and setup systems accordingly;

-To ensure optimizing activities to improve performance of systems that support business requirements in the region;

- In consultation with the infrastructure management, design rules and regulation for the use of the Infrastructure which apply to everyone;

- Repair and troubleshooting the Data Center and related contents;

-Treat requirements for hardware and software related to Data Center contents and its means, like Servers, Oracle databases, Backups, MDM solution (Mobile Device Management), Office 365 support, AD/DNS and DHCP services and Storages;

-To maintain an inventory of hardware and software equipment that would be required for the Data Center administration in the region;

-To oversee the installation of IT Infrastructure in offices and other areas of the organization where computers and communication systems are being installed.
• Cloud Computing: understanding core concepts of cloud computing in the modalities of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, advantages and drawbacks of each one of the models and being able to evaluate the risks, benefits and challenges to move from an on-premises to cloud environment;
• Problem and incident management: be able to respond and apply a methodology for the root cause identification of problems as well to present definitive solutions.

Required Skills

Data Center governance (methods of guaranteeing governance into the overall enterprise governance framework; third-party relationships and their impact on information security).

Data Center Risk Assessment (required components for establishing an information security classification schema consistent with business objectives).

Data Center Management (planning, designing, developing, testing and developing IT Infrastructure policies and guidelines that meet and support enterprise business objectives, also managing third-party risks).

Incident Management and Response (components of an incident response capability; information incident management practices, types and sources of IT Infrastructure contents required).
