We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team working within our facilities in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The professional will be responsible for prospecting business opportunities for G4 Global Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, develop potential contacts and approach potential clients;
  • Visit potential new clients (C-levels, directors, and HRs from several industries) to present G4´s services – Recruitment, Market Mapping and Assessment;
  • Build a solid networking within G4´s relevant markets and expand sales activities;
  • Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;
  • Increase the level of opportunities with current clients.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Experience in Sales preferably in Consulting business;
  • Experience in Recruitment business is a plus;
  • Business knowledge;
  • Fluent English – Written and Spoken.
  • Result and performance oriented;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure for results;
  • Strong networking skills;
  • International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
  • Hands On.
