We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team working within our facilities in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The professional will be responsible for prospecting business opportunities for G4 Global Partners.

- Identify business opportunities, develop potential contacts and approach potential clients;
- Visit potential new clients (C-levels, directors, and HRs from several industries) to present G4´s services – Recruitment, Market Mapping and Assessment;
- Build a solid networking within G4´s relevant markets and expand sales activities;
- Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;
- Increase the level of opportunities with current clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience in Sales preferably in Consulting business;
- Experience in Recruitment business is a plus;
- Business knowledge;
- Fluent English – Written and Spoken.
- Result and performance oriented;
- Excellent communication and relationship skills;
- Ability to work under pressure for results;
- Strong networking skills;
- International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
- Hands On.
