Resumo do Cargo:

  • The Analyst is responsible for maintain, validate and measure analyses, tools and data to support management portfolio

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsible for support Product Management Review (PMR) analyses within the Integrated Business Plan (IBP);
  • Working in the process of stabilizing and improving PMR cycles together with PPM governance (Portfolio and Project Management);
  • Support of the Portfolio Review Teams (PRT’s) of the business to help the effectiveness of PRT, help portfolio value maximization and projects prioritization that support execution, profitability and achievement of strategic objectives;
  • ·         Responsible for supporting portfolio reviews to help a thorough and consistent review, helping projects are aligned with the Group/ Business Strategy and annual Business Plan objectives;
  • Develop and support reports and presentations maintaining an up-to-date overview along business;
  • Support analyze and validation of the business case, the financial assumptions and consolidate the measure of the Base Level projects;
  • Support of innovation and commercial projects (NPSS and NBD) and process review in order to speed up results;
  • Analyze and approve / recycle the business case of the initiatives from Transformation Office (TO);
  • Support integration of Transformation Office initiatives with the other portfolios and IBP;
  • Leverage best practices between integration of CCSLA and CCB and improve common processes;
  • Support Project Manager in follow PMO process and practices to understand which template, steps and rigor best fits the project;
  • In alignment with Group PMO process and practices, serves as process support for Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) practices and ensures that the discipline is followed throughout the business;
  • Key user of the tool for portfolio and project management "My PPM" creating and extract reports, training users, upload data;
  • Generate insights with FP&A team using Business Inteligence Playbook to get business opportunities;
  • Communicate and provide ongoing reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and facilitate decisions and actions.

 

Requisitos:

  • University degree Administration, Economics, Engineering or related;
  • Advanced in English;
  • Knowledge/Experience in portfolio management
    End-to-end business knowledge;
  • Knowledge in manufacturing process;
  • Financial knowledge.
