Position is responsible for IT project management around the Organizations ERP environment following NCR Program Realization Process (PM Methodology) ensuring projects are completed successfully on schedule and within budget
• Responsible for project management, project planning, project execution, project resource management in a virtual, global matrix managed environment including 3rd party resources; Responsible for ensuring CMM and project controls are in place / followed
• Manage scope, issues and risks, escalating to leadership as appropriate; Manage a tight change control process to ensure project scope is delivered as expected
• Liaise with project stakeholders including internal business partners on an ongoing basis to manage expectations surrounding project scope, deliverables, resources, schedule and cost
• Estimate and outlook resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required resources from within the company
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; Ensure the team is committed and engaged for all phases of IT-Project Realization Process (PRP)
• Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using appropriate tools; Prioritize projects and activities in support of ITS and ERP annual objectives; Plans, organizes and directs concurrent software design and implementation projects
• Designs, configures, documents and maintains network operating systems
• Ensure appropriate business and IT resources are engaged and committed during the project life cycle
• Provide remote team direction for global and matrix managed global teams
• Tracks and maintains NCR ITS metrics, documentation and best practices to ensure Program Management and CMM standards are met/exceeded
• Analyzes customer requests and requirements for the development of databases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple deliveries; Strong project management and organizational skills Strong communication and negotiations skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL, Outlook,)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree preferred PMP - PMI Project Management Professional Certification CMM / CMMi experience Oracle ERP project management experience Previous participations as project leader or member of project team in ERP and/or MES and/or SCM projects Certified in GB or BB (green belt or black belt) Have technical knowledge (reporting building, programming code, database) Bilingual ( be able to communicate in English)
