HR generalist is a key person within the human resources area at G4 Global Partners. Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including: talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, exiting process and other as assigned. This role reports to CHRO and CEO.


Responsibilities:

• The liaison between G4 and the outsourcing provider and focal point for gathering, analyzing and providing payroll;
• Responsible for all HR compliance matters, such as: federal, state and local regulations;
• Perform recruitment and hiring activities for all internal positions for all G4 offices (Brazil and International operations);
• Responsible for compensation and benefits area providing operational and strategic support;
• Support all HR employee matters, such as: absences, sick leaves, licenses, vacations, payroll, benefits, etc;
• Support CHRO on Training and Development initiaties;
• Work on performance programs, development, career and succession plan initiatives;
• Responsible for onboarding and exiting process;
• Manage HR KPI’s and provide strategic reports to CHRO and CEO contributing to business strategy;
• Contribute for internal communication and events planning;
• Facilitate interface between employees and leaderships;
• Establish, implement and review internal processes promoting the best interface between the areas;
• Create and implement HR polices.


Requirements:

• University degree preferable in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related areas;
• HR generalist background including: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits and payroll;
• Solid knowledge of labor regulations;
• Fluent English; Advanced Spanish is desirable;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
• Availability to travel (20%);
• Experience in Latin America, US and Europe countries/companies and Global Mobility processes will be a plus.
