ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Coordinate S&OP Cycle and participate in all meetings:
- Product Meeting
- Demand Meeting
- Supply Meeting
- Management Alignment
- Senior Management review and approval
2. Analyze demand trends and work together with Commercial and Marketing areas to ensure accurate and timely data
3. Suggest Forecast for the next 12-18 months and validate with other Departments during S&OP cycle. Suggestion based on:
- historic data analysis
- businees opportunitites
- bids and tenders
4. Work with Regional Planning team to ensure product allocation and anticipate replenishment disruptions
5. Place Purchase Orders for items not replenished via CRP
6. Monitor cycle time and request changes in the planning parameters as necessary
7. Classification of items as A/B/C based on sales revenue
8. Prepare and release standard reports as well as sporadic reports as requested:
- Product Tracking Tool
- Back Order Report
- Inventory Allocation Report
9. Participate in New Product introduction
10. Maintain the Item Master data and Supplier Master data (inclusions, updates, inactivation)
11. Prioritize import processes and materials receiving / labeling/testing, to ensure product is released for sales according to commercial needs.
