Purpose:

Increase the maturity level of Information Security standards and policies, but even more important is to create Information Security Awareness among the Business and IT teams.

Key Responsabilities:

Define, create and implementation of Information Security policies, processes and procedures. Assess the implementation of the IS policies.

Prepare IS risk assessments (including cybersecurity). Maintain the IS risk register.

Establish Information Security awareness among all staff in the region. .

Observe, monitor, audit security of systems and data.

Reviews of the internal control environment against best practices (security policies, procedures, configuration standards, etc.).

Controls of the integrity of data, the respect of best-practice security guidelines and directives as well as the management of business continuity and disaster recovery issues

Create, review, improve and implement regional Information Security policies

Vulnerabilities scan (and actions) completed on a regular basis

Improve available security tooling (Qualys and Splunk) in area of responsibility

Security awareness campaign for the region

Regional security strategy, improvement and implementation plan in place

Geographical Scope: Europe and Brazil

Key Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree.

Relevant information security experience.

Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).

Desirable Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or are willing to follow trainings.

Workplace: Salvador – BA (100% on site)
