MISSION:  Main objective of this position is to execute, control and give support in the day-to-day activities of the Documentation team.

SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:

· Understand the standard requirements for issuing the various types of Transportation Documents (CT-e / BL), handle invoices, drafts of BL's and register customers data;

·Understand about booking, cargo readiness, VGM, PIN Suframa, freight calculation, feeder loading, documents under subcontracting rules, cargo manifest (MDF-e, Refeer and IMO);

·Have full knowledge of the operation of the corporate systems (E-cargo), its tools and resources related to the processing of the documentation for issuing the CT-e;

·Input data to control KPI's, track performance indexes on VMS charts and participate in weekly meetings with the team for data analysis and setting action plans;

·Act as escalation link to the Customer Service team for documentation issues and service failures and address internally for a fast and efficient resolution;

· Assist Documentation Manager for permanent evaluation of workload and distruibute tasks amongst team member in the various locations;

·Understand the importance and facilitate the communication with cross-functional team (Operations, Transport, Customer Service, Finance team members, and Service Centre if/when applicable), to attain the company and customer satisfaction goals and supoport other departments by communicating necessary information;

·Understands service contracts as well as tariffs;

·To execute the operational tasks of Documentation, established in SOP.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Degree: Degree Required Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or similar


Knowledge of Government systems, as such Siscomex Carga, Mercante, Porto sem Papel

Detail, focused, deadline and customer service oriented;

Language: English
