RESPONSIBILITIES (=) / MAIN TASKS (+)
*Interface with Contract area to understand, align and validate costs when dealing with client.
*Conduct meetings with the client to discuss potential impacts in the Budget/Forecast following the contract.
*Conduct meetings with Unit Manager and Operations team to improve the predictability of costs and follow up of budgetary issues.
*Interface with Supply Chain to keep budget accurate, checking all approvals and follow-up of all purchase orders, delivering PO commitment follow-up to management.
*Estimative and cost control regarding the basic and additional scope.
*Financial Forecast - monthly review and update, including budget variance preparation/estimation, risk and opportunity projection/calculation, as per actual and cost to commit monitoring.
*Vessel budget preparation (3 years plan project) - interface with all dpts in order to build 3 years plan projection of budget as per optimization.
*Financial analysis for main accounts as per support to Operations team.
*Actual monitoring - check and provision all costs of the period pending to be invoiced.
*Provide analysis and follow up of Operations related balance sheet accruals & provisions.
*Prepare external audit files and support
*Train and develop the time
University degree in Engineering
Advanced english(reading, writing and speaking)
Proficiency in IT tools, particularly high level in MS Excel.
Solid Cost Control/Administration/Finance/Accounting experience
Experience with oil&gas market.
MBA in Finance or Business
