SCOPE OF THE RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Identify potential customers and market penetration;
  • Daily control of pending booking in each agency, in order to improve the Time Response in all South America;
  • New LARA release status;
  • Take care of South America customer register &
  • Mapping in the CMA CGM system;
  • Support on line for new customers during booking , shipping instructions and vgm request;
  • Local website administration;
  • Daily support by email and phone;
  • Esupport tickets monitoring;
  • Participate product enhancement validation and UAT;
  • Handle customer test from third part portal;
  • Internal Applications (Back Office, Zendesk, RTM);
  • Waybill – pending publication;
  • Provide a Hot Lining ECSA support for CMA CGM platform, INTTRA & WEBBL;
  • Identify potential accounts to present special tools like: rapid reservation, OBL printed at Customer’s office, Non-negotiable copy printed at customer’s office, etc;
  • Increase the Original BL tool via CMA CGM website;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree: Degree required in Business Administration, Logistics, Comex and related;
  • IT and System Requirements: Good level of Microsoft Office and knowledge in e-services;
  • Language: English advanced or fluent; Spanish will be a diferential.
