Como coordenador de Facilities você será responsável por gerir toda a infraestrutura (facilities) de alto padrão de acordo com demanda em indústria de grande porte.
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
Directly support the Regional Facility Manager (based in US) as part of the Global Workplace team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Assists Regional Facility Manager with tactical planning for the regional facilities team’s goals and objectives including the coordination of Workplace programs and offerings as part of the Global Workplace Services team.
Coordinates the receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers and provides direction and supervision required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Provides supervisory oversight of janitorial and maintenance services to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Resolves problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, workstations as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Ability to support site for any after-hours or emergency planned or unplanned operational events.
Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance.
Coordinates special events in support
Provides support for meetings and conference room reservations.
Provides facility specific assistance to the Global project management team as needed.
Coordinates activities related to Environmental Health and Safety and local regulations related to Workplace compliance as directed.
Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary.
Demonstrates leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting
Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings
· Supports requests associated with Operations and Financial audits
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
Undergraduate degree preferred
Customer experience/facility operations
Superior customer service skills and mindset
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal skills
