Inside into customers talent needs, complete the competition pattern output, identify the gap of capacity, innovate the supply mode, support the market expansion in terms of supply chain. Responsible for management of customers demand, and account/project supply solution. Support the account/projects operation, and adhere to demand-based planning and plan-based resource allocation. Ensure timely and effectively the supply feasibility in the beginning of new projects and contracts, manage the projects supply fulfillment, be responsible and guarantee the projects supply. Handle appropriately customer satisfaction issues (including customers complaints, business requirements, etc), reply promptly the customers doubts, alleviate customers complaints, and improve the customer satisfaction.
· Education Level: Bachelor (business administration, engineering)
· Solid Experience in the area
· Professional Knowledge: Project management knowledge, project early involvement, project S&OP review and communication, key account project delivery mode optimization, support key account with the revenue target, customer visit and customer relationship management and improve customer apperceive. Order fulfillment knowledge.
· Business Skills: Good English, Portuguese, mandarim, listening, speaking and writing skills. Good communication ability, logical reasoning ability and data analysis ability.
