Job Summary

Savcor Ltda, a Trimble Company, is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Executive to maintain existing customers and drive business growth for our Process Diagnostics solutions in South America.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and achievement of agreed sales activities in assigned market in line with company vision and values.  The ideal candidate will be able to manage priorities in a changing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to prepare activity and sales plans for the assigned area that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
Maintains records of sales opportunities, estimations, pricing calculations, and activity reports in CRM, based on company´s policy;
Creates and conducts proposals, presentations and RFP responses;
Controls own expenses to meet budget guidelines;
Define technical direction for the sales project together with Product Manager and Project Manager to ensure that customer needs are met;
Perform own activities as prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes based on company´s standards;
Maintains contact with all own clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees;
Perform other duties typical to this position as assigned
 

Skills & Experience Required:

Automation/Process/Chemical Engineer and/or several years of Industrial businesses experience;
Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
Experience in complex sales projects;
Available to travel frequently;
Proactive and creative problem solver;
Ability to explore and understand customers business needs;
Ability to deal with many challenges with risk and time pressure;
Ability to build positive and professional business relationships with internal and external clients;
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential;
Knowledge of Process Analysis methods is desired.
