Pentair is looking for a EHS Technician to coordinate the activities related to EHS, ensuring conditions that minimize the risk of accidents, always aligned with compliance and local regulation, guaranteeing the integrity of Pentair employees and assets.
SIPAT organization, planning and resources also CIPA mandatory monthly meetings.
Evaluate the work accidents, accompanying the injured to receive appropriate medical care.
Identify opportunities for improvement as well as implement solutions within the expected time frame.
Handling of tools, data accuracy, system and documents, interface with different areas or suppliers, always respecting Pentair's local and global standard processes (legal calendar, MSE, Enhesa, Intelex, PPP, Regulatory norms and compliance ).
Participation of the OBA (Open Box Audit), process monitoring and documentation of ETE - Effluent Treatment Station.
Incident Map update, preparation of PPPs, monthly training of the Fire Brigade, test of hoses, maintenance of fire extinguishers Support the maintenance area, involving third party activities - Work Permit and APR - Preliminary Risk Analysis,
Create procedures and action plans for maintenance also implementation of processes, following the compliance and legal requirements of clients, MSE and Enhesa.
Intelex monthly update, Incident analysis (First aid, Accidents, A3 and RCCM analysis).
Evaluation of the adequacy of existing PPE, development of new PPE and annual recycling reinforcing the correct use of PPE.
Integration of new employees and suppliers.
Presentation of the EHS Leadership Meeting.
Participate in the MDI factory (DSS) and check book of night period occurrence.
Participation in Sectoral MDIs, GEMBA and Daily Security Inspections.
EHS Technician mandatory course
Strong manufacturing experience involving EHS process
Experience in International work environment
Fluent in English
Availability to work in Boituva - SP
