YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
To serve customers by selling current products or new varieties according to crop and area strategy, meeting customer needs.
To develop market position and market share of Vegetable Seed crops as well as strengthen relationship with national and/or international customers in line with the M&S strategy in order to realise profitability and partnership with customers.
Plan, review, adapt and execute the sales plan aligned with M&S policy and strategy in order to match the production/inventory program and financial policy.
Creates and manages a Key Customer Plan accordingly to Crop/Region statements;
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach;
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Formulate and negotiate with customers regarding contracts and concepts, within broader guidelines, in order to realise the short term sales targets and the long term partnership relation.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
Solid Commercial Vegetable seed crops OR Commercial Agriculture experience ;
English, fluent spoken and written and Portuguese, fluent spoken and written;
Intermediate knowledge in Office (focus in Excel & Powerpoint);
Position based in Santa Catarina or Rio Grande do Sul;
Avaibility for work travelling at least 3 weeks per month
