As the Platform segment marketer you will be responsible for marketing and communication management, ensuring regional implementation of digital and offline actions to support products launch, increase brand awareness, lead generation, partnerships and customer engagement/retention
and Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy
• Ensure that global products strategy and brand are deployed in Brazil market, across all digital and offline channels, reaching consumers in a relevant and bold way.
• Responsible for identifying marketing insights needs and effectively applying the insights to deliver strong value propositions and marketing activation plans;
• Support sales goals with addressable mkt, lead generation, case studies, product training and competitive analysis;
• Accountable for data analytics, ROI analysis and best practice sharing to influence future marketing investments;
• Budget management and monthly marketing report;
Product Portfolio Management
• Work close with global and regional sales, product and communication teams to shape the voice of the products by positioning, analyzing competition, case studies, marketing collaterals, press releases, congresses, speakers;
• Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications
Market Intelligence
• Identify market insights to deliver strong value propositions based on customer needs and purchase path for different personas (users, influencers, byers)
• Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality.
Sales Support
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing, partnerships and PR campaigns focused in brand awareness, addressable, lead generation and customer engagement/retention;
• Support new products launch with marketing research, collaterals, press releases, strategic partnerships, product information, case studies, value trees, sales training;
• Win/Lost analysis and customers satisfaction surveys

Experience and Skills
and Technical Competencies
• Strong experience in marketing and IT
• Experienced user of RD Station (Inbound Marketing Software)
• Measuring and evaluating the ROI of marketing investments
• Flexibility and collaboration with global and regional sales, product and communication teams ledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other rireents)
• Education: Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing - Executive MBA in Marketing Management
• Good experience in technology, platforms, database, CRM, sales force,-
• Negotiation and problem solve skills + resilience, independence, creativity, leadership
• Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently
