Mondelez International is looking for: Sales Controlling Analyst
Prepare and report Trade Deals budget;
Calculate, organize and report Trade Incentives to sales team based on stablished business rules for the year.
Manage and report to sales team additional Trade Incentives approved by Category´s GMs.
Manage and keep G2Net system updated with monthly approved Trade Deals.
Calculate and report Trade Deals accruals during monthly closing process, as well as analyse and report variances versus budget and previous year.
Provide Trade Deals information to support business decisions whenever necessary.
Bachelors’ degree required.
English fluency is required.
Knowledge of accounting and financial planning processes.
Knowledge in finance area.
Excel and other Microsoft Office tools knowledge is mandatory.
Capacity of problem solving and interpersonal savvy.
Capable of taking decisions with some support
