Job Summary:

Applicant will be responsible for sales in Brazil. He/she will also have responsibility to assist our distribution Animal Health partner in Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.

Essential Functions:

• Grow sales and promote the line of products.
• Develop monthly sales plans to arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
• Work with our logistics partners on new products
• Travel inside and outside (10%) of Brazil as needed
• Resolving customer complaints
• Participate in related trade shows
• Develop clear understanding of competitive products and programs
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, market conditions and competitive activities every month.
• Perform daily functions with integrity and honesty
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practices with colleagues
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Distribution network in Brazil that works with small to mid-size customers.


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the feed ingredient business, and Poultry production or Nutrition.
• A unique understanding of the Brazilian feed industry
• Self Confidence
• Presentation Skills
• Willing to work with a consulting agreement
• Animal Health/Science related degree
• Speak English as a second language
· knowledge and experience in technologic additives to Animal Nutrition in Brazil

· Capacity to explore technical and commercial opportunities in Brazil

· Business alignment: Successful results involving Company & Customer

· Leadership in people coaching and development of projects involving Animal Nutrition and management.

· Motivational leadership and intercultural skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and ability to understand and follow commercial opportunities.
