MISSION: Focus on developing reefer business exports & imports. He/she will be commercially astute and be able to identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads where possible.

This Position Will Be Responsible To:
• Analyze business performance vs. objectives with sales manager to ensure the complete result
• Monitor and report the sales performance of each customer in their sales portfolio
• Provide regular feedback on local market outcomes and trends, competitive activity
• Deliver 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain a relationship with the existing customer base through regular visits
• Make potential calls to develop new business prospects
• Report to the sales manager and discuss potential opportunities in the area of new personal home port proposals and business development on an ongoing basis
• Participate in the development and implementation of the sales plan and programs for the business, ensuring consistency with the company's overall business plan
• Achieve agreed individual sales targets
• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure customer enquiries are responded professionally and in good time
• Liaison with customer service department
• Response and follow up of overseas sales leads
• Present, promote and sell Company’s products & services to existing and prospective customer
• Prepare and present reports on customer’s profile, sales performance and trade reports to management and principal

Education /Technical Skills/Behavioral Skills:

• Minimum: Master's Degree Required
• Experience in outdoor sales experience in shipping / logistic / supply chain industry
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (writing and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint applications
• Must possess driving license and have regular access to vehicle
