The purpose of this role is to implement learning initiatives in Region Latin America to ensure systematic and continous development of indivdiual and the organisation. Ensure development, alignment and implementation of high-quality learning initiatives that are aligned with business needs that drive organizational growth. Manage the Regional Learning organization effectively and steer towards target achievement.
Implement defined strategic priorities in the Region;
Effectively consult and cooperate with internal stakeholders;;
Translate regional organizational needs into learning initiatives in alignment;
Ensure availability of learning matrics and analytics.
Experience: Strong competency as training facilitator, experience as HR Generalist on regional/global level and preferably in an international environment;
Language: Fluency in English, in addition Spanish communication skills would be an advantage;
Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related area;
No travel limitations.
