Summary:

This position has primary responsibility for driving all processes supporting HR Operational Services portfolio in Brazil: Benefits administration, fleet and travel management, Facilities services and HR Support Services including TA back office support, Transition out, Employee Letters, and Tuition Reimbursement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to drive Brazil Services portfolio vendor management;

Standardize Service processes, practices, and polices throughout the segments and Business Unit.

Following Business Operating System Standards (BOS) and drive Business Excellence according to Lean Deployment Strategy and Operational Excellence Deployment Plan (OEDP) across Brazil that will enhance the performance (Develop KPI´s and SLA´s).

Ensure all processes are in compliance with local regulations (SOX, Legal, internal Audit/EHS and PDI);

Ensure positive interdepartmental and internal customer relationships (Finance, HRIT support team, Tax team, HR) through timely communication of activities and issues;

Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization, supporting the PDI initiative as well as advising internal customers about key issues that may raise from this labor requirement;

Supporting Service planning/deployment of strategies and input regarding new projects;

Being and effective liaison to Regional HRSS on driving Data Administration and Integrity according to Enterprise Master Data Management Value Stream and other future Value Streams;

Responsible to drive Employee Engagement and Customer Satisfaction / Experience strategy and Action Planning from Brazil;

Build Talent and Capability and succession planning in HROS Brazil.

Requirement:

The successful applicant must have prior experience managing a complex HR Services offerings;

Lean six sigma or change agent background preferable;

Knowledge of Payroll, State and Federal tax regulations, Social Security Law, Federal Labor Law and related topics is preferred;

Project Management background;

Benefits Administration experience;

Fluency in Portuguese and English is an absolute requirement / Spanish is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources or related.
