Role & Responsabilities

• Ensure success of MAC product and collection performance in LATAM through active performance and category management;
• Provide ongoing monitoring and guidance for collections and new launches forecasting to improve accuracy, sell-thru and market MOB;
• Work closely with regional demand planner and global demand planning team to improve demand/offer alignment;
• Develop quarterly dollarized calendars, analysis and recommendations;
• Follow up with GBSC on logistics delay and QA issues;
• Support markets in creating marketing and visualization calendars;
• Edit and harmonize regional product lineups to increase productivity while staying true to brand – present proposal to global brand;
• Annually participate in global line edit process;
• Work with markets to identify new local needs for products and/or collections;
• Provide clear insight and direction to global marketing, product development and creative teams to address product and collections requests;
• Systematically track strategies, performance, and key launches of relevant competitors in Latam;
• Align with local marketing and finance teams on short and long term pricing strategies, be the point person for global pricing group;
• Coordinate and consolidate global reports (Optional distribution plans, Dollarized calendars, MOB reports, Sell Through reports);
• Participate in tracking of collateral and merchandising elements in coordination with regional VM manager.

Competences Required

• Master Degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing or equivalent;
• Relevant working experience preferably in the FMCG/luxury or cosmetic industry or with regional exposure;
• Very strong communication and analytical skills;
• Proven track record of good leadership and fosters company vision;
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and teach staff;
• Fluent English is mandatory.
