· Understand current and potential opportunities; provide in-depth market/segment analysis. Lead and perform analysis of the market needs and drivers.
· Consistently building MON knowledge of market, derive and disseminate data-driven, timely, relevant and actionable insights (current and future).
· When it is needed propose, support and recommend appropriate market research methods and tools to further relevant and actionable market knowledge and insights, looking for leveraging the market knowledge.
· Develop and build solid understanding of environmental, market, customer/segment, industry and competitive dynamics and trends
· Provide LRP with consistent market sensitivity analyses to foresee potential scenarios and their impact to drive decisions.
· Provide insights and scenarios for marketing plans and strategy not only Customer & Brand strategies, but also pricing, advertising/promotion, product positioning and launching.
· Support the customer insight and market intelligence team to become the most important source of information for Monsanto decision making process.
Bachelor Degree / MBA;
Fluency in English and Portuguese;
Strong expertise in business intelligence area;
Strong analysis background;
Desired agriculture market knowledge.
