Atendimento a clientes do segmento Premium, em operações que envolvem moeda nacional e estrangeira. Processamento e controle de documentos, entrega de talões de cheques, cheques devolvidos, confecção de ordens de pagamentos e cheques administrativos, contagem e manutenção de numerário das ATMs, eventos contábeis, direcionamento e orientação a clientes sobre produtos e serviços do banco.
Qualifications - External
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de informática;
- Boa comunicação;
- Fácil relacionamento;
- Experiência em processos de caixa;
- Noções de inglês;
- Conhecimento das normas de atendimento do Bacen.
