Reporting to HR Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Interact with all levels of management in order to develop, implement, communicate and lead base and variable compensation programs;
• Provide analysis, benchmark and compensation solutions to support the different business units;
• Responsible for benchmark survey;
• Salary review studies and proposals;
• Support actions related to bonus payment, long term incentive programs, profit sharing calculation;
• Development of KPIs, headcount control and reports;
• Responsible for communication on bonus payouts.
• Interact and lead Headquarter programs.

We are looking for candidates graduated in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Psychology or related fields with solid experience in Compensation. Proactive, hands-on and analytical ability skills are required. English proficiency is mandatory.
